Barnett joins Fairmont Windsor Park following a 12-year tenure at The Grove, a prestigious country estate and hotel in Hertfordshire. Most recently, she served as Hotel Manager, overseeing the property's operations, group sales, and revenue management, driving significant growth and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. Her journey at The Grove began in 2013, during which she progressed through a series of senior leadership roles, including Director of Events and Food & Beverage, and Director of Events.
