AutoCamp Hospitality Group is pleased to announce three C-suite appointments to drive the next phase of business for AutoCamp and Field Station. Bryan Terzi has been appointed to Chief Marketing Officer, Michael Fenton to Chief Financial Officer, and Katie Hara to Chief People and Culture Officer.

Bryan Terzi has over two decades of global marketing expertise and transitioned to his role at AutoCamp after a successful career predominantly focused on urban lifestyle brands. His impressive resume includes key experience at leading hospitality brands, including his past roles as Senior Vice President at Sage Hospitality and Senior Director of Marketing at Sydell Group. In this new position, Terzi will direct his expertise towards championing wellness and advocating the benefits of outdoor travel. "As I step into the role of Chief Marketing Officer at AutoCamp, I am excited to merge my decades of experience in urban hospitality with the transformative potential of outdoor travel,” said Terzi. “My goal is to drive innovation, elevate the outdoor hospitality experience and help create memorable moments that resonate deeply with our guests. I look forward to collaborating with the AutoCamp team and our brand partners to shape the future of outdoor adventure and well-being.”

With over 20 years of experience in the corporate finance, hospitality & real estate industries, Michael Fenton has joined AutoCamp as Chief Financial Officer and will oversee financial management for the brand including accounting, forecasting, legal, and investor relationships. He was most recently a Principal at Edgewater Firm, a multidisciplinary hospitality and development company that engages in distressed advisory, management and value-add investment services, and before that served as the financial executive of Fairmont El San Juan Hotel & Casino, in addition to a number of previous Highgate Hotels properties in Miami and Key West, Florida. "I am excited to join AutoCamp as the new CFO and embark on this transformative journey,” says Fenton. “AutoCamp is at the forefront of the outdoor adventure industry, in the fastest growing segment of hospitality, offering innovative and engaging programming. I look forward to applying my knowledge, experience, and leadership to exceed our partners' aggressive growth goals.”

Spearheading the team happiness initiatives, culture programs, and performance review process, Katie Hara has been promoted from within the company, previously serving as the EVP of People and Culture and prior to that SVP of People and Culture. Before joining AutoCamp, she spent 14 years with Joie de Vivre Hotels working her way up through Operations and People Services. “I’m so proud to continue to my journey with AutoCamp,” said Hara. “Over the last five years, I’ve enjoyed cultivating the brand’s positive culture, developing new training programs, and recruiting many of our talented team members. I look forward to working with Michael and Bryan to continue fostering the brand’s growth.”
