TIME Hotels has appointed William Costley as chief operating officer (COO).
The new COO moves from Minor Hotels, where he was SVP in Bangkok for almost two years. Before that, he was at Hilton for 32 years, rising to SVP Operations for the Arabian Peninsula and Turkey before leaving in 2022.
In his capacity as COO, Costley will oversee the day-to-day operations of all TIME Hotels properties, working to enhance the brand's operational efficiency, drive revenue growth and maintain high standards of personalised guest service.
Costley's appointment comes as TIME Hotels continues to expand globally.
