Whim Hospitality, the award-winning hospitality brand renowned for its historic boutique hotels and exceptional experiences, has announced the appointment of Holly Bohn Pittman as CEO.
Holly’s impressive career spans over two decades of driving success in fast-paced, dynamic industries. As the founder of See Jane Work, she disrupted the office supply industry with her innovative take on stylish and functional products for modern workplaces. Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence earned her recognition in The New York Times, Good Housekeeping, Inc., and many more. Beyond her entrepreneurial success, Holly has held leadership roles where she’s built strong teams, inspired innovation, and delivered amazing results.
Founded by Kim and Whit Hanks, Whim Hospitality is a brand built on passion, heritage, and personal legacy. It’s a brand created by and for curious travelers. Every property, restaurant, and event reflect a rich narrative woven into historic places, each with a unique story to tell. Whim Hospitality currently comprises Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs Texas; Texas based Whim Event Rentals; The Old Bell Hotel and Abbey House Manor in Malmesbury England. Looking to the future, Whim plans to further elevate their guest experience with the launch of the Folklore Spa at Camp Lucy; a social wellness destination set to open in early 2025.
Kim and Whit Hanks will remain deeply involved as owners and visionaries. Kim’s new title will be Co-owner and Chief Creative Officer. “Holly and I have known each other for more than 25 years and finally having the opportunity to work together is exciting for us both,” Kim shared. “Whit and I are committed to building an iconic brand and are excited to focus on expansion rather than operations.”
Speaking of her appointment Pittman shares, “I am thrilled to join Kim and Whit at such a pivotal time in the brand’s journey. My vision aligns perfectly with Whim Hospitality’s mission: to create unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests through our events, dining, and boutique accommodations.”
As CEO, Holly will focus on growing Whim’s offerings, elevating customer experiences, and making Whim Hospitality an even bigger name in the industry—all while staying true to the brand’s values of innovation, service, and community.
