The name Limoré, a blend of “limon” (lemon) and “amor” (love), reflects the warmth, zest, and connection that the Mediterranean inspires. With just 45 seats, the restaurant provides an intimate, boutique dining experience that pairs exceptional cuisine with stunning surroundings.
At the helm of Limoré is Executive Chef Andrea Cetani, from Lombardy, who has curated a menu that celebrates the diverse traditions of Italian gastronomy. Signature dishes such as Limoré Linguine, Branzino Alla Mugnaia, and Truffle Risotto are crafted with the finest ingredients, including fresh herbs from the restaurant’s private garden and locally sourced produce. Complementing the menu, award-winning sommelier Irene De Feo has curated a thoughtful wine selection featuring international and local labels.
The design of Limoré takes inspiration from the Amalfi Coast, blending pastel tones, ceramic tiling, and lemon tree accents to create a welcoming yet refined atmosphere. Whether for casual gatherings or special celebrations, Limoré offers a memorable dining experience with the Bosphorus as its backdrop.
Baran Süzer, Owner of The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, said:

Officially opening for lunch and dinner on 28 January, Limoré joins The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul’s celebrated restaurants, which include Nobu Istanbul, Atölye, and The Roof Istanbul, further cementing the hotel’s reputation as one of the city’s top dining destinations.
