Overview
The remote Hotel of Ice is perched up in the mountains at over 2000m and is only reachable by cable car. It's a musical theme this year, with sculptures of instruments and famous classical composers from Beethoven to Mozart. The Hotel of Ice has 12 standard igloo rooms, which are priced from as little as £85 per night. The hotel has its very own restaurant, which serves delicious 4-course menus from £50, with one course even being served on an ice plate! For those wanting to warm up with a drink and even a dance, there is also an Ice Bar which serves some drinks in, you guessed it, ice glasses. The temperature in the Hotel of Ice is typically around -2 degrees with professional sleeping bags and cosy bedding provided. There is also a Winter Park with various winter activities from snowshoeing, sledding and even a lift which pulls you up the slope in a rubber ring, which you slide back down in!

For those who wish to warm up, there is also a neighbouring chalet with a bar and restaurant. They also have warm accommodation from £50 per night for those who don't wish to brave the cold.
